The first day spent on the fast lanes of the Silverstone circuit was dominated by a lot of uncertitude and very few timed stints, as the downpour that hit the region during the morning has practically flooded the entire track surface, making it impossible for the drivers and their teams to get an accurate reading of the set-up they prepared. After the previous decision to ban the change of the
